Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes one's innate ability to heal by the "laying on of hands".
Reiki is based on the idea that each person has life energy.
Reiki, then, means "spiritually-guided life force energy".
Reiki treats the whole person- body, emotions, mind, and spirit, eliciting positive effects including relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well-being.
Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of healing and relaxation that every individual can benefit from.
Clients are fully clothed during a Reiki session.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression (PLR) is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. Life today is so busy and so ‘noisy’ that these memories are usually concealed beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. A PLR session guides you out of the noise and into a deeply quiet and peaceful state where it’s far easier to locate the memories held in your subconscious mind.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis, also known as hypnotherapy, is a technique that can help treat conditions that have psychological or emotional origins. It involves inducing a trance or dream-like state of deep relaxation. My awakening to these alternative methods of healing started while I was on my own healing journey. I was focusing on traditional western methods of healing through the mind and the body. The therapist I was seeing at the time recommended that I start meditating and I thought that I would never be able to do it. I would never be able to still my mind but that's exactly what I did. As I started to receive the benefits from meditation, I realized that I had forgotten one important aspect of myself that needed healing and that was my spirit, my soul, my higher self, whatever words you want to use to describe the true essence of yourself.

I soon became very interested in meditation, reiki, and yoga and decided to become as informed in these different areas as I could. I received certifications in all three areas. At about the same time, I started reading books on past life Regression. As I studied and read these books it allowed my mind to expand, and I grew as a whole. I had several past life regression sessions, and it was life changing for me. The healing was instantaneous, the forgiveness became easier, going with the flow simpler, letting go faster, being present became a lot more common for me in everyday life. I even lowered the dosage on my thyroid medication which I hadn’t been able to do for over 20 years. I was able to do this because​ I was lowering the stress in my life. By taking the time for myself every day to quiet my mind and go inside, I was allowing the real healing to begin. Going inside and getting in touch with your true essence is when the real healing happens.
I decided to continue my education and become a certified hypnotherapist and certified in past life regression therapy so that I can offer these same benefits to anyone.
My sessions are virtual through zoom and can be done anywhere anytime from the comfort of your own home.
